Included in the Plan:
- GENERAL INSPECTION Our technicians will test all of your equipment to check for functionality and efficiency.
- SERVICE CAPACITOR Technicians will pull and test all your system’s capacitors.
- BASIC UNIT CLEANING Basic cleaning and wipe down of indoor units.
- TIGHTEN WIRES Check all connections and adjust any wires. Wires begin to loosen with age! This helps avoid any unforeseen breakdowns.
- CLEAN FLAME SENSOR *Fall service only. A dirty flame sensor is the most common nuisance in any system.
- CAMERA INSPECTION *Fall Service only. Camera inspection on all furnaces older than 5 years. Inspecting systems allows you to know the interior condition of your unit.
- CHECK REFRIGERANT *Spring service only. Check refrigerant pressure and recommend adjustments as necessary to maximize efficiency and cooling capacity
- ADD ONS: Services to add on to your Maintenance plan:
- Filter Replacement – price varies per size
- Replace line set insulation (spring)- $25
- Advance unit cleaning – $45
- Basic Blower Motor Clean – $125
Terms:
The Service Provider agrees to provide routine maintenance and inspection services for the Customer's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system(s) as outlined below:
- Scheduled Maintenance: The Service Provider will perform routine preventive maintenance on the HVAC system(s)
- System Performance Evaluation: The Service Provider will evaluate the performance of the HVAC system to ensure efficiency and identify any issues that could lead to system failure or increased energy consumption.
- Annual Plan: The Service Provider will conduct [two (2)] annual maintenance visits per HVAC system per year (e.g., spring and fall).
- Additional Visits: If the Customer requires additional visits outside of the scheduled maintenance, they will be billed separately at the Service Provider’s prevailing hourly rate.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are due [annually] and must be received by the Service Provider upon receipt.
- Customer obligations Access to Property: The Customer agrees to provide the Service Provider with reasonable access to the HVAC system(s) at agreed upon times to perform the maintenance services.
- Not Included: This agreement does not cover repairs or replacements resulting from: – Damage due to misuse, neglect, or external causes (e.g., natural disasters, power surges). – System upgrades or modifications. Non-routine repairs or parts replacement not related to normal wear and tear
- Parts and Labor: If any parts or additional labor are required for repairs or system replacements, the Customer will be responsible for additional costs.
- Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect for [one (1) year] from the effective date and shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless terminated by either party with [30] days’ written notice prior to the renewal date
- Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within [30] days after written notice
- Refunds: In the event of termination, the Customer will receive a refund for any unused services on a pro-rated basis.
